I am such a negative person and it honestly only takes one prick to have me completely doubting myself and hiding in a corner for days on end. This was ment to be a sentimental day and it was ruined in the space of 50 seconds.
It doesn't matter how many people try and build up my confidence, it will only take one person to open up all my insecurities. Whenever I get put down, I always feel like my voice is the only thing I have left, but even that's pretty sh!t.
Such a happy journal entry this is tonight;)
